The Kogi

The Kogi Indians

“The mother bled. She had her period. She was fertile and the world was fertile. Her blood is gold. It remains in the earth. It is fertility. Gold and water, blood and water are necessary for the life of all things.” (Kogi saying)

Where the Kogi live

The Kogi are one of the few indigenous groups in Latin America that still live fully in their traditional way of living in harmony with nature, while still being aware of the world outside. As the Spanish conquerors seized their land, the Kogi fled into the Sierra Nevada, a mountainous area in Colombia. There they lived in isolation from the rest of the world, but round 1990 they knew that it was time to come out of their self-exile and tell the world about the danger of destruction of the world. Their message is clear: “The way you treat Mother Earth makes her sick and if you do not start treating her with more respect it may lead to great disasters.”

The Kogi say that gold is vital for the health of Mother Earth. It is her blood. They used gold for ceremonies for the healing of Mother Earth. But all the gold has been robbed and now Mother Earth is sick.

Author Zecharia Sitchin

Zecharia Sitchin

An eminent Orientalist and Biblical scholar, Zecharia Sitchin is distinguished by his ability to read Sumerian clay tablets (like the ones to which the Bible book Genesis also refers to )  and other ancient texts. He is a graduate of the University of London.

In his book The Lost Book of Enki Sitchin summarizes the history of our planet based upon the contents of hundreds of such original Sumerian clay tablets. The book tells a chronologic history of the planet Earth, very much different than what it teached in schools worldwide.

One bit of information that can be retrieved from Zecharia’s translations is that gold particles are vital to sustain life on a planet, e.g. to maintain an atmosphere.

Because gold has been made so important for our present day financial systems there’s an everlasting need to dig for more and more, and so Gaia is quickly robbed of her resources.

“Younger Brother, we know that water down below has started drying up. Do not think that we are responsible. It is you! We are doing our work properly and neither you nor we know when the world will end. We work to take care of the world. Stop digging into the earth and stealing the gold! If you go on like this the world will end. You are bringing the world to an end. Your looting will destroy it. They have taken so much. You have taken the (golden) Guardians of the sun and stars. The world will go black.”

In September 2010 some of the Kogi-Mamo’s came to Apeldoorn, Netherlands, together with representatives from the Arhuacu, Hopi and Lakota Indian tribes. Their goal was to raise our attention for what they had to say.

Mamo Kuncha

Once a baby is born in the Kogi tribe it is clear if it is a Mamo or not. If it is a Mamo the child is kept in full darkness up to the age of 9 years old to preserve all the knowledge and traditions he/she brought in from previous lives. During this period the child will receive only white food. As long as it is breastfed the mother may also eat only white food. Only after the child reaches the age of 9 years it can start living a ‘normal’ life.

This seems a bizarre way of treating children, but when you accept reincarnation as a fact, you might not be surprised that certain tribes on our planet have found a way to make conscious the combined knowledge of all these incarnations stored in a human being. This knowledge may now prove vital to the rescue the Earth, our mother Gaia.

So through these Mamo’s the old knowledge from old and forgotten civilisations and incarnations is very much alive in the Kogi culture. It is not without reason that the Kogi are called ‘The Keepers of the Earth’, and they refer to us, Western People as ‘their younger brothers’.

Now they ask us to change our ways…

Project ‘Akaija for Gaia’

The goal of project ‘Akaija for Gaia’ is to inform the people about what is going on our planet, and to assist Gaia, our mother Earth. Since the Kogi have been doing exactly this for thousands of years, guided by their ancient knowledge of the Earth, the planets and the Cosmos, we have decides to help them in any way possible. They know what is needed and how to accomplish this.

So firstly we help the Kogi financially by donating money so they can buy back land that was stolen from them since the conquistadores started robbing their lands. We do so by donating 2 percent of every sold Akaija to a special bank account, belonging to a Dutch company ‘Kleinschalige Ontwikkelingsproject’ (Small scale development Projects). For people in the Netherlands: reknr 71100, ten name van Stichting Kleinschalige Ontwikkelingsprojecten, o.v.v. ‘KOGI’.

For extensive information about the Kogi and related issues, please see Adam DeArmon’s website. Adam (Yellowbird) is a Lakota, but he represents Indian tribes as a whole.

For the second project ‘Gold for the Kogi’ we have decided to make a golden Akaija as big as possible from used gold. As soon as done, we will inform you on this website.

Jan Frank, the coordinator for the official project Gold for the Kogi, has agreed to this. He is convinced that the Kogi Mamo’s will be very gratefull for this. He expects that when this Akaija is given to them, first their shaman will wear this Akaija for a time before deciding what to do with it. Also the gold will be energetically cleaned from any negative energies that might be present inside the gold, as all gold in the Western World is loaden with energies. Gold is recycled all the time, and there’s no way to tell where your gold comes from.

Then, during a ceremony, this Akaija will most likely be given to Gaia, mother Earth at the most appropiate place on their lands.

November 2011 – The plans for one big Akaija are slightly altered. We have received a few grams of gold from people and from casting ‘leftovers’ we have collected quite a few grams 18 carat gold. Together this makes about 33 grams.
Because
Akaija Iloa's for the Kogiof the recent developments with the Akaija-Iloa and its obvious connection to the Earth Energy Grid we have decided not to make 1 big Akaija, but 4 smaller Akaija-Iloa’s and to give them to Jan-Frank for the Kogi.

Jan Frank has selected some special people among the Kogi who he will give these Akaija-Iloa’s to. During his trip this month to Colombia this gold will be given.
